Continual Engine Presented and Exhibited at the CSUN Conference 2025

Continual Engine had a great experience at the 40th Annual CSUN Assistive Technology Conference in Anaheim, California! It was a pleasure connecting with industry leaders, innovators, and accessibility advocates.

Our session, “Transforming Document Remediation: Expert-Led and AI-Driven,” led by Vijayshree (VJ) Vethantham, SVP of Growth & Strategy, and Kristin Yokota, AVP of Sales at Continual Engine US LLC, offered valuable insights into how AI technology and human expertise are driving the future of document accessibility.

We also exhibited at the conference and had a great time showcasing live demos of PREP, our AI-powered solution that auto-tags 90% of documents, streamlines workflows, and ensures compliance at scale.

Key Takeaways:

  • Manual tagging, ensuring compliance, and handling diverse complexities remain significant challenges in document remediation.
  • AI-driven solutions like PREP are revolutionizing document accessibility by automating over 90% of remediation with just 1-2 clicks. They streamline complex table processing, handle already-tagged documents efficiently, and enhance compliance with accessibility standards.
  • The shift from Document Remediation 1.0 (manual remediation) to 3.0 (expert-led automated remediation) represents a move toward greater automation, AI integration, and future-ready strategies that enhance accessibility without compromising quality.
  • With AI-powered automation, Continual Engine’s PREP enables organizations to scale their accessibility efforts efficiently—saving thousands of manual hours and empowering individuals without accessibility expertise to contribute to this critical task—making digital content more inclusive and streamlining the remediation process.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth and attended our session!
