Title II Impact on HEI for Accessibility

Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requires public higher education institutions to ensure accessibility for individuals with disabilities across all programs, services, and activities. The new ADA rule which will be effective from March 2025, emphasizes digital accessibility, mandating compliance with standards like WCAG 2.2 for websites, mobile apps, and digital course content. Mastering PDF Remediation with PREP

  • Challenge – One of PREP’s client expressed difficulty in navigating certain features within PREP, as well as locating detailed guidance for their tasks. This posed a barrier to their effective use of the platform.
  • Solution – Understanding the importance of clear and accessible support, the Continual Engine team acted immediately to address the feedback.
